What is your core philosophy about health?
I mean, what is going to determine your level of lifetime health? And how much control do you have over that?

It’s a very important question to ponder, and to look in the mirror at not just your beliefs, but the daily choices you make.
Because, let’s be honest, it is simple not true that you are 100% regulated by your genetics.
You have incredible influence over your lifespan, healthspan and longevity.
But it’s field that is riddled with misinformation and conflicting advice.
